Rational Emotive Therapy
I emphasize accountability and the power of choice, helping clients focus on their present circumstances and decisions. While I acknowledge the impact of past experiences and traumas, this approach centers on addressing current behaviors and identifying actionable steps to achieve meaningful change. My goal is to help clients gain control over their lives and make choices that align with their goals and values.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
This is my go to approach for so many clients! I help clients identify and challenge negative thought patterns and behaviors that may be contributing to emotional distress or unhealthy habits. By breaking down larger problems into manageable parts, clients learn to develop healthier ways of thinking and responding to life’s challenges. This approach is practical, results-oriented, and effective in reducing symptoms of anxiety, depression, and many other mental health concerns.
